Tekirdag Rakısı Göbek is produced from carefully selected fresh grapes from Anatolia. The grapes are distilled in traditionally crafted copper stills, after which only the heart of the distillate is selected. This part, known in Turkish as “Göbek”, is renowned for its purity and refined character. Thanks to this precise selection, the result is a rakı with a smooth and balanced taste profile, where craftsmanship and tradition come together.
