Beef stew

Dutch pride; in our country, we have been braising our meat for centuries; the meat becomes wonderfully tender without complicated techniques.

The powerful, spicy flavor forms the ideal base for, for example, a delicious hachee or another stew!

  5. Add the butter, let it melt, and simmer for another 5 minutes. Drain the pearl onions and heat them for 10 minutes. Season the stew with pepper and salt if desired. Delicious with mashed potatoes and green beans.
